Battery Experts Forum takes place where the future resides!
STATE-OF-THE-ART CONFERENCE TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATIVE ROOMS IN THE DARMSTADTIUM
"The future meets here" is the slogan of the Darmstadtium. And the highly versatile congress center is by no means exaggerating. State-of-the-art architecture in unusual shapes creates a wow effect from the outside as well as from the inside. The architectural masterpiece is rounded off by the fact that, in addition to futuristic beauty, sustainability has been taken into account above all. The Calla, a huge funnel-shaped blossom made of glass and steel in the foyer of the congress center, is used in two ways to conserve resources - to collect rainwater and to draw in fresh air. This is followed by heat recovery from the exhaust air and cooling of the supply air. The collected rainwater is used for sanitary facilities in the building and for watering green areas. In addition, more than 400 solar modules on the roof generate around 70,000 kilowatt hours of electricity per year, and three bee colonies live on the Darmstadtium's roof terrace. In addition to other features from the area of sustainable meetings, such as a Citytree that filters air for 430,000 lungs, the Darmstadtium convinces above all with state-of-the-art conference technology and excellent spatial conditions. Here, the conference program and the trade show merge seamlessly under one roof. Short distances and connecting elements are characteristic of the Darmstadtium. They guarantee a lively, nuanced and bustling flair for the Battery Experts Forum networking platform.
THE WHO'S WHO OF THE INTERNATIONAL BATTERY INDUSTRY MEETS
The booming future market of battery technology stands above all for the heart of the energy and transport turnaround. In the process, potentials are revealed to put a stop to climate change. This is where the future is secured. At the Battery Experts Forum 2023, the who's who of the international battery industry will meet for the 18th time. Driven by such innovation, the Battery Experts Forum fits perfectly into the inspiring environment of Darmstadt, the city of science. The Technical University of Darmstadt offers a wide range of new and innovative courses, from aerospace to visual data processing. Among other things, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences is widely known for its challenging education of engineers, natural scientists and computer scientists. In addition, Darmstadt is known as the location of many research and testing institutes from Fraunhofer to Max-Planck and the Helmholtz Association.
Last but not least, Darmstadt is located in the Middle of Everything. In the middle of Germany and in the heart of Europe, it is only a stone's throw from Darmstadt to the gateway to the world, Frankfurt Airport, both by car (approx. 30 minutes drive) and by public transport.
Considering all these advantages, it is hard to imagine a better location for the Battery Experts Forum.
